Terms And Conditions
- All of the TRUSTEES (excepting Settler) shall remain the members (also referred to as Trustees) of the TRUST for the period of two years. However the Trustee can be impeached during the term also by following the procedure mentioned ahead. And all such Trustees shall enjoy the initial term of two years only and therefore may continue to hold as Trustee subject to the renewal by the president.
- In case of death of a TRUSTEE, only his adult legal heir or heirs shall succeed his office automatically at the appropriate time subject to the approval of the President.
- In case of vacancy in the TRUST, the same shall be filled by the TRUSTEES existing at the appropriate time by a two third majority of the total membership but subject to the final approval by the President. EXPLANATION: For the purpose of this clause, a vacancy shall be deemed to have come into existence in one of the following situations:-
- A TRUSTEE dying without legal heir in the manner as aforesaid.
- A TRUSTEE being disqualified or impeached as provided here in after in this deed.
- A TRUSTEE resigning from the TRUST and the resignation being accepted by a President.
- A TRUSTEE shall be impeached on the ground of proved moral turpitude or on other ground /conclusion arrived at by a resolution passed by a two third majority.
